**Note** This is again max reps in 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest. There will be 8 sets for each movements for a total of 32 sets equaling a total time of 16 minutes.  No alternating movements. You will do 8 sets of Pull Ups first then 8 sets of Push Ups and so on.
