3-3-3-3-3: Push Press
5-5-5-5-5: Push Jerk

*Note* There are only four racks so if we get a large crowd today we are going to have to work together. Maybe team up with someone who is just as strong as you. Also, after you have found that 1RM Strict Press…you’re pretty much going to use that for the rest of your lifts. You might want to go heavier on the Push Press and Push Jerk which is totally awesome!
