AMRAP in 20 minutes of a CLIMBING LADDER:
5 Hand Release Push Ups
5 Box Jumps
5 Kettlebell Swings @1.5 pood, 1 pood
5 Air Squats
then
10 Hand Release Push Ups
10 Box Jumps
10 Kettlebell Swings @1.5 pood, 1 pood
10 Air Squats
then
15 Hand Release Push Ups
15 Box Jumps
15 Kettlebell Swings @1.5 pood, 1 pood
15 Air Squats
Until time expires

*Note* In this WOD after completing the the set of 5’s, that’s round 1, the set ups 10’s are round 2, the 15’s are round 3 and so on. The rep scheme will increase by 5 reps each time. Score is total number of rounds and reps. (I think I may of over complicated this but its really easy)
