7am and 4pm Strength
Build to a tough set of:
1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat + 1 Behind the head snatch grip push press
Then use 90% of the max from above OTM for 5 minutes
Warm Up
A) Warm Up on the Board
OR
B) Build to a 5RM Split Jerk
WOD
2 rounds for total reps
2 minutes max rep Ball Walls
Rest 1 minute
2 minutes max rep Pull Ups
Rest 1 minute
2 minutes max rep Double Unders
Rest 1 minute
