There will be some minor changes to the schedule this week:
Wednesday: No 10am class (I messed that up, sorry for confusion!)
Thursday: 10am touch football at the Babylon HS! Be there a tad early
Friday: 10am, 11am, noon classes only!
NO 10am This morning!!!!
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
3 rounds of
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
Then,
2 Deadlifts @225, 135
3 rounds of
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
Then,
4 Deadlifts
Every time you complete the 3 rounds
You will perform 2 more Deadlifts than last time
