*Note* So in this WOD, there are only 3 rowers.  So what we are going to do is have 3 people go at a time.  As soon as one person gets of the Erg…at the top of the minute, another athlete will jump on and start.  Your time will be the total time it took to finish the WOD minus the time you got on it.
