5×2 High hang Clean and 2 Jerks
Perform 1 HHC and Jerk, then perform the second holding on the bar the whole time
Warm Up
A) Warm Up on the Board
OR
B) 5×1 High Hang Clean and jerk
WOD
AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
20 Kettlebell Swings or Dumbbell Snatches
15 Burpee box Jump Overs
10 Overhead Lunges with the KB or DB (5 each Arm)
