Hey guys! Coming June 1st we are going to have a new style of programming
Pretty much, there will be 2 styles of warm ups
One of which being your basic style warm that we normally do
And the other, is barbell intensive.  Probably Snatch, Clean, Squat
These barbell movements will NOT be heavy
Just enough to stimulate the CNS correctly and prep you for the workout
You can choose to do either one, just NOT both
3-3-3-3-3-3 of Front Squat
*After Party*
3 Sets max Reps
Handstand Push Ups
