**Note**For this WOD you will only have 2 barbells. One heavy barbell for the Clean and a lighter barbell for the rest of the movements.

**Note**On Monday, Memorial Day…there will be one class only.  That time will be at 11am.  If you want to participate please show up at least 5-10 minutes early.  The WOD will promptly begin at 11:05.  Bring anyone you want!
