Push Press @135, 115, 95 for the males and 95, 65, 45 for the ladies
Air Squats
*Note* In this WOD you will be doing 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds alternating movements for a total of 16 intervals. 8 intervals for each movement.

Also…I want you guys to go a little heavier. So if you think 135, 95# Push Presses aren’t going to be bad, then go for it!
