Saturday May 26th and Sunday May 27 CLOSED!!!!
But you can do this at home!!!
100 Hand Stand Push Ups (Throughout the whole day)
10 Minutes of a Handstand Hold

Monday May 28th
10 rounds for time of:
5 Thrusters @115, 75
10 Pull Ups
100 meter sprint
