Going to close the gym down on:
FRIDAY MORNING (This morning)
And SUNDAY for regionals.

This is interval training guys!
For 10 minutes:
1 minute on, 1 minute off
Of a cardio machine of your choice.
Then, for another 10 minutes
1 minute on, 1 minute of:
Of a DIFFERENT cardio machine of your choice
*Note* There is one bike so 1 person will use the bike
If the machines are full. Double Unders!!!
These are max efforts each “on” minute
And for the bike just move the pedals on the “off” minute
