For time:
100 Double Unders
50 Hand Release Push Ups
40 (steps total) Lunges with bar in front rack @115, 75
30 Toes to Bar
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @115, 75
10 Front Squats @115, 75
There will be only one bar
So the whole workout will have your weakest movement on the bar
For example, if the lunges are too heavy to use 115 or 75 and you scale down
You WILL use the scaled weight for all 3 barbell movements
