12 Kettlebell Swings @1.5 pood, 1 pood
12 Burpees
Rest 30 seconds
*Note* So in this workout after you finish the 3rd round of burpees and swings, you will rest 30 seconds, then start the second round of swings and burpees. The score will be the total time it take to complete the whole WOD. GO FAST and HARD for each of the 3 rounds.

**NOTE** Hey folks!!! Starting April 1st, CrossFit Lindy is going to be a bit more organized. Classes will start on the hour at its scheduled timing! Everyone can still come in whenever they want but now that we have more members I need to start getting proper control of everyone. This means things will be run smoothly and more efficiently!!!
