7am and 4pm strength
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes
5×10 Lunges (Front Rack) as heavy as possible
5xMax UB Muscle Ups
Alternate each  movement every 2 minutes
Warm Up
A) Warm Up on the Board
OR
B) EMOM for 10 minute
5 UB Hang Power Cleans + 1 Jerk
Add or decrease weights each minute
WOD
(Going to try and stay away from the Low Back as much as possible after stupid 14.3
So things might get repetitive)

30 Push Press @75, 55
30 Burpees
10 Toes to bar
20 Push Press
20 Burpees
10 Toes to Bar
10 Push Press
10 Burpees
10 Toes to Bar
