PARTNER WOD!!!!

AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
12 Air Squats
12 Hand Release Push Ups
12 Ab Mat Sit Ups

So heres the deal for the WOD. One person is going to star off doing 12 Air Squats, as soon as that person finishes the squats, the next person will start the Push Ups. As soon as that person finishes the Push Ups, the person who went first is going to do the Sit Ups. Then obviously the 2nd person will start the new round and begin with Air Squats.
