This is a charity that we are all going to participate in this Saturday June 9th at 10am!!! CFL and Pump CrossFit are coming by to do a WOD in honor of the St. Jude program to help out our children.  More information can be found at the link above including the WOD and ways to donate.  I will cater food for us and we can hang out and have a good time!!!
