AMRAP in 3 minutes of: Air Squats
AMRAP in 2 minutes of: Handstand Push Ups
AMRAP in 2 minutes of: Air Squats
AMRAP in 1 minute of: Handstand Push Ups
AMRAP in 1 minute of: Air Squats
**Note** If you cannot perform a Handstand Push Up…accumulate as much time as possible in a Handstand.
