Today is the Cystic Fibrosis Charity WOD/Fundraiser.
Please show up at 11am, we will probably have people warm up by 11:10
Our first heat should start at around 11:30, its first come, first serve
No need to just get in and get out, we have all day to do this.
Also we are going to have our raffling at the end of the workout
Our donators are 2pood, Kill Cliff, Move Fast Lift Heavy, Dr Sean-The Active Life, and Relentless Jeans
