A) Dynamic Warm Up on the Board

B) 2 Clean and Jerks @65% every min for 6 minutes
WOD
For as many reps as possible
3 minutes max calories of Rowing, AirDyne OR SkiErg
3 minutes max reps of Power Cleans @135, 95
3 minutes max reps of Hand Release Push Ups
3 minutes max reps of Pull Ups
No rest between movements
We will have to run heats and we will wait a full minute
After the completion of the 3 minutes
