*Note* One person works

July 9th 2012

10 Push Press @95, 65
30 Double Unders
25 Sit Ups

July 10th 2012
4 rounds for total time:
200 meter run
15 Burpees
15 Pull Ups
Rest 1 minute

July 11th 2012
5-5-5-5-5 of:
Strict Press

3 sets of 15 GHD Sit Ups

July 12th 2012
For time:
30 Wall Balls
20 Toes to Bar
25 Wall Balls
15 Toes to Bar
20 Wall Balls
10 Toes to Bar

5 Toes to Bar
*Note* If you cannot do Toes to Bar, then just do V-UP sit ups.  And lets just try and keep clear of the pull up bar when doing wall balls.

You will climb the ladder as high as possible until time expires

*Note* You will perform 2 Front Squats then after your second squat, you will go right into a push press
