Hey guys, just a few announcements!
I am going to make some changes.
I will have a competition schedule and track at specific times
In which you guys will have more time to do specific things
in preparation for the season. The day and time will be determined later
This will be for athletes who can qualify or compete at the Regional level
It won’t interfere with the rest of the crowd
Also, I have a credit card swiper for the gym so if anyone wants to pay
with their CC they can do so at the gym
Or we can set up automatic payments

For time:
10 Handstand Push Ups
20 Power Cleans @135, 95
30 Pull Ups
40 Wall Balls
50 Double Unders
Tabata Sit Ups
I expect this to be quick
So if everyone finishes fast
We can do Sit Ups
