For time:
8 rounds of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
then,
50 Sit Ups
then another 8 rounds of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

**Note** If you are up to it…wear a 20lb vest!
