Hours of Operation

Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 7:00am – 8:00am there will be a strength training program. It will strictly be strength training, nothing else.

There is a 4pm session is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday only…NOT Thursday!!! And is subject to change. It is for advanced CrossFitters only.  It is for members who have been doing CrossFit for at least a month!!!
