Snatch Complex
One rep will consist of:
1 Snatch Pull from the ground
1 Snatch Pull from the knee (hang position)
1 Hang Snatch, power or squat
*Note* You cannot drop the bar anytime through the lift, if you do, that will be considered a failed or missed rep

This is the first part of the Complex, no need to jump though.
