40 Wall Balls
40 Wall Ball Sit Ups, with your buddy
200 meter run with the Wall Ball
*Note* In this workout one person works
While the other person rests
The Wall Ball cannot touch the floor
If the Wall Ball touches the floor is a 20 burpee penalty
Both members run together with the Wall Ball
