STRICT Pull Ups
Hand Release Push Ups
2x Walking Lunges
In this WOD you do 1 Strict Pull Up the first minute, 2 Strict Pull Ups the second minute, 3 the third minute etc… till you can NOT complete the appropriate number of Strict Pull Ups associated with that minute. NO REST between movements. Score will be the last total minute after you finish the lunges.
