B) Take 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean and Jerk
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
400 meter run
Max rep Pull Ups
**Each round will terminate when hands come off the pull up bar.
Each round may have a different number of Pull Ups.
And your score will be the total number of rounds plus number of Pull Ups.
