As you can see Papa Murph and definitely already improved his Snatch.  The reps are great.  The best I’ve seen from him.  But, he still needs to develop some patience.  He needs to keep the bar tighter through the second pull and he is still pulling with his arms a smidge early.  Those arms need to stay locked out up until he hits full extension.  The bar should almost bang off his hips.  The 3rd pull means to pull yourself under the bar…not pull the bar up.
