For time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats
*Note* At the beginning of every minute you will perform 4 burpees. So at the start of the WOD, you will do 4 burpees then move to the Barbell. You can move to the next movement WITHOUT doing any burpees. Just at the start of every minute.
